Our founder, Paul, has an extensive background in technology and supporting people who use it. When he woke up deaf one morning, he found various useful pieces of information scattered around the web and wanted to pull all of these together in one place so that others could start being able to understand what people are saying.
As a keen trail runner, Paul also found that it was a bit dangerous to not be able to hear cars coming up behind him and that there didn’t appear to be any t-shirts aimed at UK runners who were deaf – he made a t-shirt and wondered if others might find it useful too.
Our logo
Our logo is presented in the shape of a human ear.
In the top right of the ear image is the recognisable WiFi / connection icon to link to our technical support aims.
In the middle of the ‘ear’ it shows a person running with a speed trail behind them, representing the sporting aspect of the clothing we will make available.
